These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and all travel planning and advisory services provided by the Brady-Harris Group, LLC dba Laurel Grove Travel, an independent travel advisory affiliated with Departure Lounge, LLC, a Virtuoso-member host agency. By accessing this website or engaging Laurel Grove Travel Advisory, you agree to these Terms.

1. USE OF THIS WEBSITE

This website is operated by the Brady-Harris Group, LLC dba Laurel Grove Travel. By accessing or using this website, you agree to the following terms governing your use of the site. Browsing this website or submitting an inquiry through it does not, by itself, create a service relationship or any binding agreement between you and Laurel Grove Travel Advisory. A service relationship begins only when a signed Client Service Agreement is executed.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or submit any form on it. By submitting an inquiry, you represent that you meet this requirement.

All text, photography, itineraries, graphics, logos, and other content on this website are the property of Brady-Harris Group, LLC dba Laurel Grove Travel, unless otherwise credited, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. 2. ABOUT LAUREL GROVE TRAVEL ADVISORY

Laurel Grove Travel Advisory is a boutique luxury travel advisory practice operated by the Brady-Harris Group, LLC dba Laurel Grove Travel as an independent contractor of Departure Lounge, LLC. Departure Lounge is a Virtuoso-member agency through which bookings are processed and supplier relationships are maintained.

3. OUR ROLE

We act as your travel advisor and booking intermediary. We research, plan, recommend, and arrange travel on your behalf, leveraging supplier relationships, Virtuoso network access, and personal expertise. We do not own or operate airlines, hotels, cruise lines, or any other travel service.

4. PLANNING FEES

We charge planning fees for our time and expertise. Fees are quoted before engagement and are non-refundable once work has commenced. Planning fees are separate from the cost of travel.

5. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

Travel costs are set by suppliers and are due per their individual payment schedules. Deposit and final payment deadlines will be communicated at time of booking. Missed payment deadlines may result in automatic cancellation by the supplier. All payments are processed by credit card through the applicable carrier or service provider.

 6. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

 Cancellation policies vary by supplier and are confirmed at time of booking. Planning fees are non-refundable. Supplier refunds depend entirely on the supplier's applicable policy. We will advocate on your behalf but cannot guarantee outcomes.

 7. TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, evacuation, and baggage loss. We do not sell insurance. Purchasing travel insurance is your responsibility, and we are not liable for losses that could have been covered by such insurance.

 8. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Provide accurate traveler details (full legal names matching passports)

• Review all confirmations promptly and flag errors immediately

• Ensure valid passports and required visas for all travelers

• Comply with destination health and entry requirements

• Disclose special needs, dietary restrictions, or accessibility requirements before booking

• Respond to time-sensitive communications promptly

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Laurel Grove Travel Advisory is not liable for the acts or omissions of any travel supplier, force majeure events, government actions, or any loss, injury, illness, or damage arising from travel. Our liability to you shall not exceed the planning fees paid.

 10. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We take care to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee descriptions, availability, or pricing provided by third-party suppliers. Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed and paid.

 11. PRIVACY

Your personal information is used solely to arrange your travel and will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required to complete your bookings. Booking data may be shared with Departure Lounge as our host agency.

 If you submit an inquiry through this website, the information you provide (such as your name, email address, and trip interests) is used solely to respond to your inquiry and will not be sold to third parties.

 12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marin County or San Francisco County, California.

 Before initiating formal legal action, you agree to first contact us directly at brigitte@laurelgrovetravel.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marin County or San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

 13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available upon request. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.

 RIGHT TO REFUND UPON CANCELLATION:

Upon cancellation of transportation or travel services, where the passenger is not at fault and has not canceled in violation of any terms and conditions previously clearly and conspicuously disclosed and agreed to by the passenger, all sums paid to the seller of travel for services not provided will be promptly paid to the passenger, unless the passenger advises the seller of travel in writing, after cancellation.

TRAVEL CONSUMER RESTITUTION FUND:

This transaction is covered by the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF) if the seller of travel was registered and participating in the TCRF at the time of sale and the passenger is located in California at the time of payment. Eligible passengers may file a claim with TCRF if the passenger is owed a refund of more than $50 for transportation or travel services which the seller of travel failed to forward to a proper provider or such money was not refunded to you when required. The maximum amount which may be paid by the TCRF to any one passenger is the total amount paid on behalf of the passenger to the seller of travel, not to exceed $15,000. A claim must be submitted to the TCRF within 12 months after the scheduled completion date of the travel. A claim must include sufficient documentation to prove your claim and a $35 processing fee. Claimants must agree to waive their right to other civil remedies against a registered participating seller of travel for matters arising out of a sale for which you file a TCRF claim. You may request a claim form by writing to: Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation, 13 Dean Way, Chico, CA 95926; or by visiting www.tcrcinfo.org.

OUT-OF-STATE CLIENTS:

If you are located outside of California at the time of payment, this transaction is not covered by the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund. This disclosure is also made to you orally at the time of sale.

TRUST ACCOUNT EXEMPTION:

Brady-Harris Group, LLC dba Laurel Grove Travel has claimed an exemption from the trust account requirement under California Seller of Travel law section 17550.15(j). All passenger payments are processed by credit card directly through the transportation carrier or service provider. No trust account or surety bond is maintained.

Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.
